faktion books is a new independent publisher of literary fiction based in Durham in the north-east of England.

Our first title is due for publication in September.

We welcome submissions from authors at any stage in their career, published or unpublished. Our initial titles will be in fiction, although we have plans to expand into non-fiction and something like poetry in the future.
